Why do you think you were chosen as one of Oxford’s Top 20 Under 40?
I am honored to have been chosen by the people of Oxford. I have truly felt the love and am grateful for the support since the first day we opened. I am always looking for ways to give back to the community and am overwhelmed to be bestowed this honor.
Tell us about your work and what excites you most about it.
There is a saying that if you love what you do, you never work a day in your life. I truly believe that. I love to make new friends and help people feel their most beautiful on a daily basis. Each and every day is a new adventure, and I look forward to going into work.
What’s an accomplishment you’re especially proud of?
I am most proud of having such a great and diverse staff. They work so hard every day to bring a little joy to everyone who walks through our doors. I am also proud to have brought our award-winning nail salon from our previous town—where we won numerous Best Of awards—to Oxford, and then taking home the Best Nail Salon award in our very first full year here.
How has Oxford influenced your journey, and how do you hope to give back?
Oxford felt like home the minute I first visited. I immediately loved the town, the people, and the wonderful schools. Oxford was the place we wanted to plant our roots. I love being involved in the community and always look for ways to give back, whether through donations or hosting special events throughout the year.
How do you like to spend your time outside of work?
One word: family. Family means everything to me. I work hard to give my family the best life possible. I love traveling, shopping, eating, and spending time with my two sons and my loving, supportive husband.
